Either she took an allergic reaction to the collagen, the operation was botched, or she's had so much work done previously that it's destroyed the delicate outline of her lips.
It's a shame, as if you look everywhere but the lips, she looks fine. Hopefully she'll get something done about it.

This news is so old that Jesus just rode by on a dinosaur. But yeah, it makes me a bit sad that she's ****ing herself up for some reason. Seriously, she just turned 30 the other day, she looks older than that, f'd up lip injections aside. But damn was she hot during Unhappily Everafter (granted she was in her late teens/early 20s) and her short lived show Nikki. She's aged a lot in the last six years, like I already said, I blame some of it on Bobcat and his crack pipe and whatever else they probably used..
